OrganizeABusiness.com and its affiliates shall not under any circumstances be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of, in connection with or relating to the use of or inability to use this site, the sole and entire maximum liability of OrganizeABusiness.com and its affiliates for any reason, and your sole and exclusive remedy for any cause or claim whatsoever, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for any product, information or service purchased by you from OrganizeABusiness.com on this site.

By using this site, you submit to the jurisdiction of the state of New York, and you waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Miscellaneous

You agree that, any claim of cause of action arising from or relating to use of this site or this agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. If you are not satisfied with the services of OrganizeABusiness.com after receipt of the incorporation documents, OrganizeABusiness.com will retain a $65 processing fee, and will refund the remainder of the fees paid to OrganizeABusiness.com. Obviously, any fees paid to the Secretary of State cannot be refunded. If you are incorporating in Delaware, and you elect OrganizeABusiness.com to arrange registered agent services for your entity, beginning on the first anniversary of the formation of your business entity, your subsequent annual registered agent fee in Delaware is one-hundred and twenty, such annual fee may be increased thereafter. You are required to notify your registered agent, in writing, of any subsequent change of address. Payment via personal or corporate check may require a ten day clearing period.
